Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years; 2. CT or MRI scans prompt tumor is aronud the head and the ampullar region of pancreas.No metastasis. Underwent pancreatoduodenectomy; 3. sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative fever, white blood cell proliferation and preoperative infection accompanied by systemic inflammatory diseases; Accompanied by nausea and vomiting, gastroesophageal reflux, gastric emptying, pyloric obstruction, etc.; Obesity (BMI>30) or severe malnutrition (BMI<15); Combined with severe brain, heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases, and hematological diseases; Anemia or received blood transfusions and nutritional support within 2 weeks before surgery; Bleeding in aged 1500ml; intraoperative blood transfusion; Diabetes mellitus, impaired glucose tolerance, and other metabolic diseases; Abandon experiment.
