20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 20-40 years, diagnosed ovarian endometrioma by ultrasound examination, with diameter of endometrioma between 40-80 mm and the cyst did not shrink after 2 menstrual cycle; (2) Agreed to participate in this study, no history of ovarian surgery,intended to conduct laparoscopic surgery in our hospital; (3) regular (21–35 days) spontaneous menstrual cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hypertension, moderate to severe renal insufficiency, type IIB hemophilia, history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (coronary heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, arrhythmia, cerebral infarction, cerebrovascular malformations); (2) Polycystic ovary syndrome, diabetes, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia, adrenal hyperplasia or low function, hypothalamic-pituitary disease (Cushing's syndrome), autoimmune diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus) and other endocrine diseases; (3) use oral contraceptives, gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues, ganglion blockers last three months; (4) Recurrent endometriosis, premature ovarian failure, menopausal status, pregnancy status and lactation; (5) AMH?0.5ng/ml; (6) Severe pelvic adhesions, hydrosalpinx need tubal resection or ligation at the same time; (7) Attached surgery history; (8) Suspected or diagnosed malignancy.
