Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. gestational age = 36 weeks,birth weight =2 500 g,sex is not limited; 2. within 60 min after birth arterial blood gas analysis pH 15 min; 3. within 6 h after birth, brain injury performance: aEEG abnormalities or the presence of neurological symptoms and signs (convulsions,coma,muscle tension,abnormal reflex and breathing Regular,et al.); 4. 6 h after birth within the sub-low temperature treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe congenital disease:congenital malformations,congenital metabolic abnormalities; 2. combined with severe infection: intrauterine infection, highly suspected prenatal and post-infection; 3. other intracranial injury: severe intracranial hemorrhage, skull fracture; 4. Clinical spontaneous bleeding tendency or PLT <50× 10^9/L; 5. Severe hemorrhagic anemia (Hb<90g/L).
