18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke; aged 18-80 years; NIHSS<25; the percentage of intracranial and/or extracranial artery stenosis =50%; without thrombolytic treatment or arterial interventional treatment; no severe diseases of other organs; no severe stenosis of arteries of upper limbs (=50%); no deep venous thrombosis of limbs; no severe skin diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with the following conditions will excluded: Malignancy; past history of hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke; Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy; heart failure; coagulation disorder; severe anemia; asthma or Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease; sick sinus syndrome; II or III AV block; current use of anticoagulant drug; without use of antiplatelet drug; pregnancy or having birth plan in the following 12 months; severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; deep venous thrombosis; severe skin disease; severe stenosis of arteries of upper limbs (=50%).
