Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria; (2) Continuous subcutaneous insulin therapy is voluntary adopted; (3) Aged between 18 and 65 years; (4) Refusal to use other oral hypoglycemic agents or therapies; (5) Sign informed consent and voluntary to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) suffer from mental illness, or have serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, complications, or other serious primary diseases; (2) combined use of drugs that affect glucose metabolism, such as glucocorticoids, sex hormones and so on; (3) poor glycemic control, accompanied by severe complications or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (4) there are other endocrine diseases such as hyperthyroidism, hypercortisolism, acromegaly; (5) pregnant or lactating women and patients who are unable to tolerate the treatment; (6) diabetic ketoacidosis or infection in the past 1 months.
