Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria ASA I-III status patients scheduled for laparoscopic surgery, patients aged >18 yrs, duration of operation >3h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refuse to participate in experiment; 2. Patients with upper respiratory tract or pulmonary infections in recent 4 weeks; 3. Patients with significant pleural effusion; 4. Previous thoracic surgery or neurosurgery; 5. Major cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, and hematological disorders; 6. body mass index(BMI)>30 kg/m2.
