Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. Radiographic examination for fracture of neck of femur; 3. The patients without decreased myodynamia and sensory dysfunction; 4. Men and women are not limitedall patients with body mass index were less than 30. 5. The patients who understand the operation risk and process required the treatment in operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who can not stop the medicine after long-term; 2. The patients with muscle weakness; 3. Psychological and mental disorders cannot match the treatment; 4. The patients who have cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are not suitable for operation.
