Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the chronic low back pain diagnostic criteria; 2. Between 18 and 60 years of age and pain for more than 3 months; 3. Pain score of VAS is more than 4; 4. Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have been diagnosed with specific low back pain like lumbar disc protrusion; 2. Conditions where Tuina might not be safe, including skin damage, skin infection, skin diseases; 3. Other chronic diseases that could interfere with Tuina treatment effects, including cardiovascular disease, diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, dementia and epilepsy; 4. Specific patients with pregnancy or acrosthesia; 5. Patient taking other herbal medicine or treatment to cure low back pain which will effect the result.
