Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Western diagnosis clear for lower limb varicose disease; CEAP classification is c3-c6; 2. Aged from 18 to 78 years old; 3. Informed consent,voluntary tested.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy lactating women; 2. combined with severe heart brain liver and kidney hematopoietic system and endocrine system and other primary disease; 3. patients with mental illness or AIDS; 4. patients with deep venous thrombosis; 5. patients with acute systemic infectious disease; 6. belongs to surgery anesthesia contraindications patients; 7. diabetes mellitus, blood glucose control is unstable (fasting blood sugar is greater than 10.0 mmol/l); 8. subjects who are participating in other drug clinical studies.
