Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have been confirmed by pathology or medical history combining with imaging features of solid cancer with spinal metastasis to the thoracic spine and lumbar spine; 2) Patients meet at least one indication of spinal metastatic tumor surgery,such as not sensitive to radiotherapy, casuing spinal cord compression and producing neurological symptoms or complaining of intolerable pain; 3) Patients with expected survival time more than 6 months; 4) Patients who have good compliance and could be followed up for at least 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with multiple spinal metastases; 2) Primary tumors are sensitive to radiotherpy such as lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma, germ cells tumor; 3) Patients who have been paraplegia for more than 48 hours; 4) The neurological symptoms of patients were not caused by spinal metastasis; 5) Patients who have serious basic diseases such as liver, kidney, lung, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular diseases; 6) Patients who are not treated according to the regulations or with incomplete data.
