Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The tooth is a single young permanent tooth in the 7-9 stage of Nolla; 2. Clinical diagnosis of diffuse dental pulp infection (with or without periapical periodontitis).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Periodontal health score was 2 and above; 2. Accompanied by systemic disease, long-term use of various drugs; 3. The tooth suffers from tooth root inside / outside absorption; 4. Other conditions that result in the loss of teeth; 5. Poor compliance, can not cope with the treatment of patients.
