Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Rotterdam standard in 2003 was adopted for the diagnosis of PCOS: (1) oligo-ovulation and/or anovulation; (2) clinical and/or biochemical indicators suggesting hyperandrogenism; (3) polycystic ovaries, in ultrasound,12 follicles, 2-9 mm in diameter and/or ovarian volume increasing by >10 mL in each section. PCOS was diagnosed if the patients were in compliance with two of them.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Chromosome abnormality, Endometriosis, Ovarian Cyst, Uterus Malformation
