Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To study the patients in the urology department of tongji hospital affiliated tongji hospital of huazhong university of science and technology, the following criteria are as follows: (1) aged 18 to 65 years; (2) unilateral kidney stones, or ureteral stones (the longest diameter of the stone); (3) the patient has a hydrophal fluid; (4) the history of non-anticoagulant medical drugs (warfarin, aspirin, polivy, etc.); (5) the history of the use of non-indole alkaline-reducing antihypertensive drugs (lichpin, Beijing, no. 0, etc.); (6) no uncontrolled high blood pressure (Bp) < 140/90 MMHG), heart (not seen abnormal ecg), diabetes (fasting glucose < 7 tendency/l) affect the operation of basic disease; (7) no uncontrolled infection of the urinary tract; (8) uncontrolled systemic infection (no fever, normal white blood cells); (9) the blood routine, urine routine, coagulant function, liver and kidney function, chest film not seen abnormality; (10) there is no history of mental illness, no history of mental illness, and there is an adult company during the perioperative period; (11) be willing to undergo day surgery, understand and recognize the surgical methods and anesthetic methods; (12) the patient and family members understand the contents of the operation and are willing and able to complete the discharge after discharge; (13) total anesthesia: ASA grades I-II; (14) in accordance with the relevant requirements of various diseases and procedures; (15) there is a contact number and keep the communication open, and it is recommended that within 72 hours of operation, the hospital should not be more than an hour's drive from the hospital to facilitate the treatment of follow-up and emergency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) ASA scores > 3, solitary kidney or kidney stones; (2) the risk of heart disease, kidney failure and the stenting of coronary artery disease in three months; (3) bleeding, antler stones, urinary tract infections, and uncontrolled infection; (4) patients who are not in other areas, and have no relatives; (5) history of renal ureteral surgery; (6) the patient refused to sign the consent form.
