Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients aged from 18 to 75 years; 2) patients who need the transpedicular puncture of the fifth lumber vertebra; 3) patients with signed 'Patients' Approval'

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with cobb angle of scoliosis >30 degree; 2) patients with severe osteoporosis; 3) patients with mental disorder; 4) patients who participated in clinical trials in the past 3 months; 5) patients who were considered unsuitable for the study.
