Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with diagnostic criteria, hemorrhoid ring out; 2. The static pressure of anal canal is greater than 105mmHg; 3. Patients between the ages of 18 and 65 are not limited to men and women; 4. Complete informed consent and related information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of anal surgery; 2. Non-conforming to diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 3. Severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system are combined with psychiatric patients; 4. Specific infections such as tuberculosis; Inflammatory bowel disease; 6. Pregnant or lactating women, allergic or liver function abnormality; 7. Subjects who are participating in other drug clinical studies.
