vaginal extension group:laparoscopic radical hysterectomy with nerve preservation, ovarian transposition and vaginal extension

30 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. FIGO stage Ia2-IIa2 cervical cancer; 2. Aged from 30 to 45 years; 3. AMH before operation is in a normal range; 4. Sexually active and intended to be so after recovery from surgery; 5. Absence of pelvic adhesion; 6. Negative vaginal margins by intra-operative frozen pathological evaluation; 7. Examination before and during operation suggest normal ovaries. Ovarian preservation and transposition is undertaken with patients' consent; 8. Patients signs the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without sexual life; 2. Patients insists ovariectomy; 3. Patients with other cancer history; 4. Severe pelvic adhesion due to operation; 5. Patients with mental and neurological disorders; 6. Patients cannot signs the informed consent.
