20 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 42 years; 2. antral follicle count (AFC) of more than 3 on menstrual cycle day 2–3; 3. basal serum FSH concentration of no more than 10 IU/L; 4. never had any IVF/ICSI cycles before.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of a functional ovarian cyst with E2>100 pg/mL; 2. endometriosis grade 3 or higher; 3. diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome; 4. any contraindications to ovarian stimulation treatment.
