Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) in accordance with the "2015 American Thyroid Association (ATA) adult thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid cancer management guidelines" clearly defined RR-DTC; (2) pathologically confirmed metastatic or recurrent DTC; with measurable or evaluable lesions; (3) aged 18-90 years; (4) inoperable patients; (5) the expected survival time was >3 months; (6) blood neutrophil absolute value is more than 1.5 x 10^9/L = 70 * 10^9/L, platelet, hemoglobin 90g/L; coagulation function: <15s prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time <50s; renal function, creatinine and urea nitrogen in normal liver function: transaminase; not more than 3 times higher than normal limit; normal ECG; KPS score more than 60 points; active infection; (7) agree with the accepted radioactive particles implantation therapy, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) unable to maintain a steady position and can not cooperate with the implantation of 125I particles; (2) patients during pregnancy; (3) recurrent and metastatic lesions were present in patients with acute infection; (4) patients with coagulopathy can not be corrected by treatment; (5) incomplete data, unable to complete statistics and analysis; (6) informed and disconsent.
