Divided into 2 groups according to whether BBs intubated in the left main bronchus or in the right bronchus. Then divided into 4 groups according to the distance from tracheal tube tip to the carina:D

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for thoracic surgery requiring one-lung ventilation; 2. Patients vonlunteer for this study and sigh a informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious cardio-pulmonary function abnormity; 2. Less than 18 years old or more than 80 years old; 3. Patients who need operation around hilum; 4. Patients occured airway abnormalities during pre-intubation Fibrobronchoscopy; 5. Patients who refuse to participate in this study for any reason.
