19 Years to 62 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. fasting more than 12h; 2. adult(>18years old); 3. ASA I-III; 4. BMI 18-25; 5. informed consents signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. known hypertension or cardiac desease; 2. severe lung,brain,liver,kidney desease; 3. known vena cave abnormal; 4. increased pressure of pleural and abdominal cavity (hydrothorax and ascites); 5. allerge to colloid; 6. unable to obtain clear image; 7. obvious cardiovascular abnormal.
