Group B:aspirin enteric-coated tablets 300mg + clopidogrel sulfate tablets 300mg, then, injection recombinant urokinase thrombolysis
Group A:aspirin enteric-coated tablets 300mg + clopidogrel tablets 180mg, then, injection recombinant urokinase thrombolysis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction onset time is less than 12 hours, FMC is expected to first medical contact) to PCI time delay greater than 120min, no thrombolysis contraindications; 2. Incidence of 12-24 hours of progressive ischemic chest pain and at least 2 thoracic lead or limb lead ST-segment elevation> 0.1mV, or hemodynamic instability in patients without direct PCI condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. thrombolysis contraindications; 2. with direct PCI condition.
