18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tumor diameter <3cm; 2. Tumor invasion range: Knosp grading level 2 or less, Hardy Wilson grade B below; 3. Nonfunctional adenoma; 4. Aged between 18-65 years old; 5. American Association of Anesthesia (ASA) grades I - II; 6. KPS score =90 points; 7. Patients who understand, agree and cooperate with daytime surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection or inflammation in the surgical area; 2. Serious complications of disease (heart disease, blood system, respiratory system, digestive system, etc.) patients; 3. Patients with mental illness or serious mental illness; 4. Female within 6 months of child care program, in pregnancy or lactation patients; 5. Other patients who were considered unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
