Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has signed informed consent; 2. Reach diagnosis of depressive episodes in the international classification and diagnostic criteria, except the bipolar disorder; 3. The HAMD scale scored 17 points; 4. Gender no limit, age between 18 and 60 years old; 5. According to the doctor's judgment, the patient's cultural level can complete the tasks of reading and filling the relevant scale; 6. Patients can receive standardized drug therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other clinical subjects within 4 weeks prior to the start of this study; 2. Patients who are taking anti-depressants or antidepressant medications have not been eluded; 3. Pregnant women and lactating women; 4. Patients with other serious systemic diseases that required treatment; 5. Patients with brain diseases; 6. Having suicide thoughts or behaviors.
