18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age 18–60years; (2) duration of illness = 5 years; (3) PANSS negative symptoms (N1 Blunted affect; N2 Emotional withdrawal; N3 Poor rapport; N4 Passive / Apathetic social withdrawal; N5 Difficulty in abstract thinking; N6lack of spontaneity and flow of conversation; N7 Stereotyped thinking) score to = 4 at least 3 items or =5 at least 2 items; (4) PANSS positive symptoms (hallucination ;delusion behavior; exaggeration; suspicion; stereotyped thinking; health concern; unusual thought content; sense of lack of self-control) cannot have score to = 4 at least 3 items or =5 at least 2 items; (5) observe more than 6 mouths: Stable symptoms; (6) Combination antipsychotics(olanzapine+risperidone; risperidone+aripiprazole) or single antipsychotics(olanzapine, risperidone); (7) More than three kinds of drugs were used in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) single used of antipsychotic drugs; (2) serious side reaction; (3) other psychiatric comorbidity; (4) substance abuse or dependence; (5) acute infection and autoimmune diseases; (6) history of neurological disease or head trauma; (7) pregnant or breast-feeding females; (8) history of alcohol or substance dependence; (9) schizophrenia complicated with other serious mental illness.
