18 Years to 69 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. expected operation time> 2h, <7h; 3. ASA grade I to III grades, NYHN grade I to III grades; 4. acquired patient or family consent and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. myocardial infarction occurred within 1 month; 2. history of cardiac surgery; 3. preoperative rheumatoid activity; 4. heparin resistance, drug allergy history; 5. preoperative severe anemia; 6. preoperative stop anticoagulants 4 times) and the difficulty of stopping; 11. patients or their families refused to participate, did not sign informed consent; 12. patients or family members out of the way, data loss, missing.
