18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. no serious heart, lung, brain and other organic diseases, the general situation can tolerate surgery; 2. indications of hepatectomy; 3. liver function classification (Child-Pugh grade) B level above, preoperative liver function in the normal range; 4. benign lesions diameter = 15cm, malignant lesions diameter = 10cm; 5. single lesion or lesion range is expected to be removed, no liver cancer lymph node metastasis, no other tissue and organ infiltration (except gallbladder infiltration), no major vascular invasion (portal vein, hepatic vein or inferior vena cava and other tumor thrombus); 6. liver reserve function can be postoperative compensatory. Patients with laparoscopic surgery should have no abdominal surgery history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. general condition is poor, can not tolerate liver resection; 2. tumor invasion of the liver, or combined with hepatic vein, portal vein, inferior vena cava and other large blood vessels and the main bile duct tumor thrombosis; 3. postoperative pathology confirmed metastatic liver cancer; 4. severe portal hypertension, liver function Child-Pugh grade C grade, severe liver cirrhosis, liver reserve dysfunction; 5. intraoperative bile duct - jejunal anastomosis, biliary tract surgery and hilar lymph node dissection.
