Adjusting and kneading knee group:Techniques include soft tissue practices and sitting-tone tactics. Soft tissue massage manipulation with the traditional method group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the knee osteoarthritis, Western diagnostic criteria; (2) aged 38 to 80 years old; (3) meet the staging standard early and mid-term; (4) voluntarily join the test and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of trauma and surgery on the knee; (2) the knee with cancer, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis and other diseases; (3) psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma; (4) severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes and mental illness.
