Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged 16 to 60 years,with malleolus avulsion fractures, and their previous motor function of the ankle joint was normal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pathologic fracture, associated with talar and/or calcaneus of the same side of ankle fracture
