Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged above 18 years; 2. being able to understand Chinese and give consent; 3. have adequate computer literacy to follow the online intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Officially diagnosed with Psychiatric disorder; 2. Actively suicidal.
