Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 in the application unit for extracorporeal circulation of mitral valve, aortic valve replacement surgery patients; (2) over the same period with three tricuspid valve plasty; (3) aged 18 years; (4) to sign the agreement and followed up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Re-do valve replacement; (2) emergency operation; (3) with aortic lesions and need surgery in the same period; (4) patients with severe coronary artery disease underwent coronary artery bypass grafting needs; (5) to underwent surgical radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation; (6) mitral valvuloplasty in transit mitral valve replacement; (7) refused to participate in the study.
