Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Schizophrenics met DSM-V, aged between 18 and 65 years, with serum TC =6.22mmol/L or serum triglyceride(TG) =2.26mmol/L, inpatients of the second affiliated hospital of Xinxiang medical university, All subjects and their families in both groups voluntarily joined this study with informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking other drugs except antipsychotics, which may affect lipid metabolism, with secondary causes of dyslipidemia such as hypothyroidism, or renal disease, switching antipsychotics or limiting diet intake by reason of disease development. All subjects and their families in both groups voluntarily joined this study with informed consents.
