Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study of AECOPD patients with respiratory failure line of invasive ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A large number of sputum, poor drainage; 2. Delirium, unable to cooperate with the healer; 3. Refuse treatment in the course of study; 4. Use contraindication in noninvasive ventilator; 5. Haemoptysis, pneumothorax, where no drainage of pleural effusion; 6. The group experience before withdraw machine failure and more at a time; 7. Rhinitis and so on can't nasal oxygen.
