Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 65 years and over diagnosed with intertrochanteric fracture (No gender restriction); 2. patients with fresh intertrochanteric fracture; 3. patients signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. old femoral intertrochanteric fracture; 2. multiple fractures; 3. combined injuries (such as head, chest and abdominal injuries affect the course of treatment); 4. fractures with other causes (such as tumors, metabolic bone disease, etc.); 5. patients combined with severe medical disorders, surgery can not be carried out; 6. cases of other clinical studies being performed; 7. patients who refuse to participate in the trial for various reasons, and affect the established treatment program.
