Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the criteria of diagnosed depressive disorder according to CCMD-3DSM-V; 2. insomnia is the major complaint with HAMD score between 20 and 35, PSQI more than 7; 3. participants should in conscious, without aphasia and comprehand the scales well; 4. right handedness; 5. aged between 18 and 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cerebral trauma, secondery depressive insomnia related to organic mental disorders and non-addictive substances; 2. suicidal tendency or claustrophobia; 3. pregnant,serious cardiovascular, liver, kediney or hemopoietic system diseases; 4. can not comprehend the scales well or low compliance.
