Age
18 Years to 43 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Requiring IVF or ICSI treatment in our center; 2) Age of women less than 43 years; 3) Willing and able to participate after the study has been fully explained to her.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of ovarian tumor and /ror operation because of ovarian tumor ,such as endometriosis , teratoma , serous cystadenoma; 2. The wife is a smoker.
