18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-80 years old; 2) ECOG physical condition score 0-2 points; 3) Primary colorectal adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology; 4) The distance from the lower edge to the mass is more than 10 cm; 5) Clinical TNM stage T3-4 or N1-2; 6) With clinical evidence of intestinal obstruction; 7) obstruction in the left colon; 8) no evidence of distant metastasis; 9) General anesthesia is can tolerated; 10) Patient and family members are able to understand the research program and are willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with peritonitis, perforation, fever or sepsis, which require emergency surgery; 2) ASA grade IV to V; 3) Unsuitable for surgical treatment; 4) pregnant; 5) severe cardiovascular disease or uncontrollable infection; 6) The patient or family member can not understand the conditions of this study.
