Control:Laparoscopic Radical Cystectomy with Extracorporeal Orthotopic Ileal Neobladder

18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Muscle-invasive bladder cancer (T2-T4a, N0-x, M0); Multiple recurrent non-muscle invasive bladder cancer; G3 non-muscle invasive bladder cancer; multiple carcinoma in situ; extensive papillary disease can not be controlled by conservasive treatment; recurrent or unresponse after bladder-preserving treatment; Non-transitional cell carcinoma in bladder; 3. Normal function of urethral sphincter; 4. Zubrod-ECOG-WHO (ZPS) Grade:0-2; Karnofsky Perfromance Status (KPS) >=60; 5. Patients provided voluntary informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with distant metastasis disease; 2. Tumor in urethral (Tumor locate below bladder neck in male, and trigone of bladder in female); 3. Co-exist disease which may affect intraabdominal pressure (esophageal hiatal hernia, abdominal hernia, abnormal abdominal or pelvic straining; 4. Stricture of anterior urethra; 5. Co-exist intestinal disease; 6. Previous resection of small intestine; 7. Severe heart insufficiency, decompensated pulmonary, liver, renal functons, or other severe systemic disease; 8. Stress incontinence in femal or previous bladder nek suspension; 9. Other situation which was recognized should be excluded by the researcher.
