Interventions

Treatment group:Spatial working memory training that adapting to participants' varying level of proficiency for 4 weeks
Control group:Spatial working memory training with low-difficulty and non-adaptive form for 4 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Schizophrenia: 1. After SCID definite interview with DSM-IV schizophrenia diagnostic criteria; 2. Outpatient or inpatient, the current oral atypical antipsychotic treatment, dose stability for more than 2 weeks; 3. Aged 18-40 years old male and female, right hand, the level of education for primary school or higher; 4. China Wechsler Intelligence Scale Full Scale IQ> 80. ADHD: 1. CDIS definite interview with DSM-IV ADHD diagnostic criteria; 2. Oral medication, dose stability for more than 2 Weeks, and attention to be effectively improved (ADHD symptoms improved by more than 40%); 3. Aged 9-15 years old male and female; 4. China Wechsler Intelligence Scale Full Scale IQ> 80. Healthy control: 1. Aged 18-40 years old male and female, right hand, the level of education for primary school or higher; 2. China Wechsler Intelligence Scale Full Scale IQ> 80.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Schizophrenia: 1. Clinical symptoms do not meet the standard or drug measurement instability; 2. Accompanied by severe organic disease. 3. Age, educational level or intellectual level does not meet the requirements; 4. Not signed informed consent; 5. Not meet the magnetic resonance scanning requirements. ADHD: 1. Clinical symptoms do not meet the standard or drug measurement instability; 2. Accompanied by severe organic disease; 3. Age or intelligence level does not meet the requirements; 4. Not signed informed consent; 5. Not meet the magnetic resonance scanning requirements. Healthy control: 1. Accompanied by severe organic disease; 2. Age, educational level or intellectual level does not meet the requirements; 3. Not signed informed consent; 4. Not meet the magnetic resonance scanning requirements.
