Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. initial GCS score less than 8 points on admission; 2. estimated ICU stay longer than 2 weeks; 3. normal consciousness level before brain injury, no primary disorders in consciousness and motion function; 4. aged 18 to 75 years; 5. agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the vital signs are not stable on admission, prospectively die within 24 hours; 2. younger than 18 years or older than 75 years; 3. women with pregnancy; 4. legal representative or immediate family has no strong treatment intent; 5. patients with multiple trauma associated with limb fracture or skin defect.
