18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis of PCOS; 2) Aged 18-40 years; 3) BMI >= 23 kg/m2?Waist circumstance >= 85cm; 4) Diagnosis of IGT(impaired glucose tolerance); 5) No pregnancy plan during the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy or lactation; 2) Administration of drugs regulating glucose or microbiota in the last 3 months.
