18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) VATS radical resection of right pulmonary carcinoma; 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists physical Status (ASA) I-II; and 3) at least 2 h of OLV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) any immune, endocrine, neurologic, or psychological disease; 2) history of pulmonary lobectomy; 3) serious cardiac, lung, renal, or hepatic dysfunction; 4) tracheotomy; or 5) EEV1 <70%.
