Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Accord with the diagnostic criteria of senile osteoporosis; 2. Men are over 65 years of age and women are more than 20 years after menopause. The types of bone loss are trabecular bone and cortical bone, which are bone loss associated with age (non sex hormone dependence); 3. There is no fracture in the elderly patients with osteoporosis; 4. For the past 6 months, systemic anti osteoporosis drugs and exercise therapy have not been accepted, and no Chinese Herbal has been taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary osteoporosis,such as Hyperparathyroidism etc; 2. There are serious heart disease, heart failure, liver and kidney failure, mental illness; 3. If the drug is not prescribed according to regulations, it can not judge the curative effect or the data is incomplete, and affect the curative effect or the safety judgment; 4. Patients and their families do not cooperate with the treatment; 5. osteoporosis with fractures or have less than 20 years of menopause; 6. In the past 6 months, systemic anti osteoporosis drugs and exercise therapy were received without taking Chinese medicine.
