60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) acute osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (MRI showed low signal in T1 weighted images and hyperintense in T2 weighted images and STIR sequences); 2) PVP surgery was performed for the first time; 3) radiographic data (including X ray, MRI, CT, and bone scan) complete; 4) sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) old OVCF patients; 2) evidence of bone tumors and other bone metabolic diseases; 3) CT suggests that the posterior wall of the fractured vertebral body is incomplete or ruptured; 4) there are abnormal coagulation, serious organ disease and other surgical contraindications; 5) without informed consent.
