18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-65 years who were scheduled for breast tumor resection; (2) BMI=32kg/m2 and ASAI-II; (3) Did not take part in other clinical trials within three months; (4) ability to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) allergic to propofol, sufentanil.
