20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. primary total knee or hip arthroplasty; 2. simultaneous bilateral total knee or hip arthroplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior surgical incision or scar were existed near the proposed incision; 2. Patients had skin problem around the incision; 3. Surgical difficulty of two sides were different that cannot insure the same length of incision; 4. Patients refused to enroll the study.
