20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diabetes diagnostic criteria of WHO version 1999; 2. Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetics, aged 20-65,with hypodiabtic-drugs naive; 3. HbA1c 6.5% to 9%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy or breast-feeding women; 2. psychiatric disease, alcohol or drug abuse; 3. acute diabetic complications including diabetic ketosis, diabetic ketoacidosis and severe infections; 4. severe chronic diabetic complications; 5. taking antibiotics, hormones or probiotics lately; 6. a serious heart, lung, liver, kidney disorders and electrolyte imbalance; 7. Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes;Other special types of diabetes; 8. patients with any severe digestive disease; 9. patients with colonoscopy contraindications.
