Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-80 years old; Elective lumbar surgery under general anesthesia; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II; informed consent is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe spinal deformity, puncture site infection, anticoagulation, morbid obesity,psychiatric and neurological disorders; Impaired cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal functions, allergy to analgesic drug
