20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-70 years old; Elective video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II; informed consent is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Puncture port infect, anticoagulation, obesity (BMI>30kg/m2), local anesthetic allergy,serious heart-lung disease,liver and renal dysfunction,psychiatric illness
