Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforms to the Berlin definition of ARDS,PaO2/FiO2 is less than or equal to 200mmHg with PEEP greater than 5 cmH2O; 2. CVP=8mmHg after fluid infusion, PPV7.35, BE<5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bronchial fistula, Organ transplantation,Dying,Heart function extreme exhaustion and hemodynamic instability (NE greater than 0.4ug/kg/min and lactate showed an upward trend), Presence of S-G catheter contraindications, Patients or family members refused to join the group.
