Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=18 years; 2. Admitted to hospital within 24 hours after injury, and diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage was confirmed by computed tomography and underwent corresponding operation; 3. The worst preoperative Glasgow coma scale > 5 points; 4. Hemodynamic stable; 5. Patient's family members agreed to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. other cerebral hemorrhage disease, such as ruptured aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, etc.; 2. other metabolic diseases which may affect nutritional status, such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, renal failure, liver failure and gastrointestinal dysfunction; 3. accompanied by severe abdominal injury; 4. a history of stroke or preoperative GCS score <= 5 points; 5. Disabled or with underlying diseases (e.g. known dementia, severe cardiovascular disease) before onset; 6. pregnancy.
